Online sales volumes

Online sales volumes have increased 22.5% year-on-year, with the continued uplift in digital volume driven by AGL's investment in Customer Experience Transformation. The online sales volume contribution has increased 55% year-on-year, from 12.8% to 19.9% of total AGL sales.


  • Metric includes Website and Webchat volume, for Residential and Small Business customers (i.e. total Consumer view). Online sales volumes include new acquisitions, and retentions (inclusive of movers and product swaps).
