Online sales volumes
Online sales volumes have increased 22.5% year-on-year, with the continued uplift in digital volume driven by AGL's investment in Customer Experience Transformation. The online sales volume contribution has increased 55% year-on-year, from 12.8% to 19.9% of total AGL sales.
Metric includes Website and Webchat volume, for Residential and Small Business customers (i.e. total Consumer view). Online sales volumes include new acquisitions, and retentions (inclusive of movers and product swaps).
